Photo of a Veteran at the Veterans Day Ceremony at the Santa Barbara CemeteryWe are pleased be hosting the Santa Barbara community Veterans Day Ceremony on Tuesday, November 11th at 11:00 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early; the ceremony begins at 11:00 AM sharp and concludes with a spectacular flyover by The Condor Squadron. The ceremony will take place at the Santa Barbara Cemetery, 901 Channel Drive. Known as one of the city’s most beautiful outdoor locations, the venue’s driveway will be decorated with dozens of American flags, along with flags marking the graves of our fellow citizens who gave their lives in the service of our country. The ceremony will take place near the main flagpole, with seating available for up to 500, with additional standing room.

THIS IS A FREE EVENT.

The open air ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. with presentations and performances by the UCSB Color Guard; Gold Coast Pipe & Drum Band; David Gonzales and the Santa Barbara Choral Society, The Prime Time Band. This year we are proud to present the Sons of the American Revolution; first ever performance of “The Veteran” by Barry De Vorson; and a flyover by The Condor Squadron.
